Principle Link Ltd was originally formed in the July of 1999 as Innovation Recruitment, which was a sole trader company. In the January Daren Young was introduced to the company with an offer of a senior position, when the company became limited in May 2000. Daren started his career supplying temporary labour to the Northamptonshire area with the blue chip company ABC Contract Services in 1990, which was part of the Corporate Services Group.

Catherine Cowie joined the company shortly after, having worked in the local area for several years within personnel, getting involved within the recruitment industry in 1992, initially to set up the commercial division of the company, then going on to run the branch and develop the business further. Since then, Catherine has gained an exemplary wealth of experience and professionalism within the local businesses and community.

In the December of 2003, following 4 years of very hard work, Daren and Catherine became the proud owners of the business and decided to change the name of the company to PRINCIPLE LINK LTD. Why Principle link? Well the dictionary states:

Principle Link Ltd. has grown from a small sole trader to a strong, professional limited company. which has only come through a lot of structured hard work. Within this period we have become a major force within the local market place, competing against the independent to the blue chip companies.
